Owner Dr. Bob Esbensen graduated from the University of Illinois in 1981.  After 7 years of small animal practice he and Dr. Gloria opened Arlington Cat Clinic in 1988.  He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois, and American Veterinary Medical Associations as well as the American Association of Feline Practitioners.  Dr Robert Esbensen is also a diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) with a specialty in companion animal practice.  Doctor Bobs' family includes his wife Gloria, son Pete, 3 cats and a golden retriever. Dr. Bob, in his free time, enjoys nature photography and fishing.  He competes in ice fishing tournaments every winter and has competed in several international open water fishing events.

Dr. Christie Comm attended veterinary school at the University of Illinois. She practiced at a cat clinic in Chicago prior to coming to Arlington Cat Clinic in 2007. She has had cats her entire life and definitely considers herself a cat person! She currently has 2 cats, but wouldn't mind adding a third, especially if it were a cute calico! She enjoys traveling, reading, visiting wineries, genealogy, and spending time with her niece and nephew. She is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, American Veterinary Medical Association, Chicago Veterinary Medical Association, and the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association. She is also on the membership committee for the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association.  

Dr. Judy Moneysmith graduated from Iowa State University in 1991, and has worked in the Chicagoland area ever since. She first started working in dog/cat practices but soon discovered she had a special love for cats. She has 2 cats of her own at home. Her hobbies include: container gardening, movies, riding on roller coasters and martial arts.  She is a menber of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Illinois Veterinary Medical Association and the American association of Feline Practitioners.
