Summer 2022 Updated Protocols

Arlington Cat Clinic is excited to announce that beginning June 1, 2022, we will be allowing clients to freely walk into our office. Our doors will no longer be locked. We will still be requiring that you bring a mask to be worn when you go into our exam rooms, where space is limited. There will also be a 2 person limit in terms of how many owners are allowed in the exam room. Exceptions may be made for end of life procedures.

We will no longer be asking that you call upon your arrival. Please enter the building 15 minutes prior to your cat’s appointment time, for check-in.

We will still require that you complete your cat’s pre-examination form, and any other applicable forms as directed by our reception staff. All patient forms can be found on our website homepage, arlingtoncatclinic.com, under the Clinic Forms menu. These must be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Prescription Food and Drugs may now be picked up inside the building. Please call ahead for food requests. As medications are subject to expiration, we ask that you prepay for your cat’s prescription medication refills, when possible.

**Please give 48 hour notice for medication refill requests.

**We cannot guarantee same day refill requests, as they require doctor approval and time for assembly.

Please continue to be patient with our staff as we navigate yet another change in our protocols, back to the way it used to be! We appreciate our clients’ support over the last 2 ½ years! Safety of our staff and our clients is always our goal.

As always, we are happy to be here for your cat! Enjoy your summer!
