Our reception staff will check your cat in and collect credit card information ahead of time if you wish.
Our technician staff will call you to verify the details of your cat’s appointment. They will also indicate when you should meet them at the front door for them to transfer your cat into the building. Please wear a mask when coming to the front door and maintain a 6 foot distance.
Then, please return to your car and keep your phone charged and available while your cat is in our care. We ask that you remain in our parking lot for the duration of the appointment.
When the visit is complete, you will receive a text or a phone call, indicating when to meet us at the front door to get your cat.
